Hello and welcome to the journey into the 'inside view' of YOUR fitness.

This isn't a list of exercises.  This course is a true exercise education.  

I want to teach you simple methods for assessing and discerning which exercises will work for you and which ones will not.  Ultimately,  I want you to discover what targeted training for weak areas can do for your body and longevity.  The payoff is strong joints that are also mobile and supportive to you in many stages of life.

Inside the membership portal are years of exercise education that I have tested on several hundred people.  Putting this together in a course has been fun because I get to support progress to so many motivated movers across the globe.  

Please give yourself time to review the content.  It's very special and I promise that if you take things slow (not all exercise is counting 10 reps!) you will be rewarded in more movement, freedom and confidence.
